World’s Biggest Little Karaoke and Entertainment Festival Returning

August 9th and 10th, Roadhouse Karaoke in conjunction with Tunes & Trends
Magazine, Single Source News, a host of others will be bringing you the 2nd
Annual Karaoke FunFest 2008 at The Polish Club on Needmore Road.
Not everyone can be an American Idol. Most of us know that. However, many of us love to get up on stage, perform, and belt out a song every now and then. What better time then during this two-day festival celebrating just that urge? Why not try your hand at something local to showcase your talents? You'll have tons of fun, and you could walk away with some great prizes!
This year all the preliminary contests and finals will be held during this two-day event. Sign-up is easy and the cost is minimal. Partial proceeds of this year’s event will again be given to a local charity, Agape for Youth, Inc. Agape is a treatment foster care and adoption agency, providing out of home care for youth from birth to twenty years of age in the state of Ohio.
Karaoke FunFest 2008 is not just for the singers out there. Along with the contest, open Karaoke stages will be running both days; there will be festival-style activities and attractions, games, a vendors area for food, merchandise, crafts and collectibles, live bands playing between contests, a motorcycle cruise-in, door prizes, and more!
The goal of FunFest is simple…fun in music entertainment, both for the performers and listeners. This year will be bigger and better than ever, with more to see and do for the entire family—even the non-music fanatics.
